Shipping and Returns
Do you deliver on weekends?
Unfortunately, no.
Do you deliver on public holidays?
Unfortunately, no.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
We do!
If your giftee lives in metropolitan Melbourne, just place your order by 2pm on the day you need it delivered. No more last-minute gift panic!
Can I arrange delivery for a specific date?
Definitely.
Simply select the date you’d like your gift delivered at the checkout. We’ll make sure it gets there on time.
Can I give permission to leave a gift at someone’s door?
Absolutely.
Just leave us a note at the checkout and we’ll pass the message on to our courier.
What’s your delivery fee?
We charge a flat fee of $19 for each delivery.
If anything goes wrong during your delivery and our courier has to redeliver your order, we’ll also need to charge a handling fee of $20.
To help you avoid any extra costs, be sure to double-check that you’ve entered your details correctly – and if no one will be home, make sure to leave us a note authorising the gift to be left unattended.
What’s your returns policy?
Unless your gift was damaged in transit (which rarely happens), we, unfortunately, can’t accept returns.
However, if there’s a problem with your gift, simply give us a call on 0488 083 836. We’ll do our best to figure out a solution that works for you.
Payment and Ordering
What do you do with my information?
When you place an order with us, we’ll collect your name, email address, mailing address and phone number (as well as the mailing address of your giftee).
We’ll use your information to:
- Respond to your requests and support needs
- Process your order
- Send periodic emails (to update you on your order’s status, and occasionally send company news or related product and service information)
Any information you give us, public or private, will never be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to another company for any reason – except to our courier, for the sole purpose of delivering your order to you or your giftee.
I entered the wrong details in my order. Can I make a last-minute change?
Definitely.
Just call us on 0488 083 836 and tell us what you need to change.
Can I send a personalised message along with my order?
Of course.
Just type out your message in the ‘Notes’ section at checkout and we’ll organise a card to be delivered along with your gift.
Plants and Products
Where do you source your plants from?
We source all our plants from nurseries right here in Melbourne.
We strive for quality and consistency, so we only work with plant growers we know and trust.
Where are your pots made?
Aside from a couple of imported planters, all our pots are made in Melbourne by a family of local potters.
Who supplies your self-care products?
All our self-care products are made by a licensed naturopath, from all-natural ingredients, at Warburton-based wellbeing business Warbotanicals.
How are your products packaged?
We’re committed to doing right by the planet, so we only use recyclable and biodegradable packaging.
All our gifts come packed in cardboard and wrapped in hessian. (If you didn’t know, hessian is a fabric made from a jute plant. So it’s 100% natural.)
