A graceful palm featuring a cluster of stems out of which shoot luscious dark green fronds. growing to almost a metre they are great in a small pot on a table or in a bigger pot on the floor. Parlor palms require very little attention, they tolerate bright and low light conditions, with little water, they are suitable for office situations where they will receive a bit of neglect.
A parlour palm will grow to the size of its container, so if you want it to continue to grow, pot it up and give it a feed with a general fertiliser for indoor plants prior to the warmer months to maximise.

Keep the soil evenly moist during the growing season, but not soggy. During the cold months, water when the soil is completely dry. Water more often in the summer as the plant it transpiring water at a much faster rate. If the Parlor Palm is in bright indirect light, then the plant will require frequent watering.
